A.H. AL SAGAR & BROS CO. is a privately owned multi-discipline company established in 1895. In Kuwait, Al Sagar engages in Banking, Investment, Oil & Gas, Power Sectors, often alongside leading multinationals, EPC’s and regional partners. Internationally, the Group invests in public and private equities, including real estate and other business lines.

Oil & Gas Business Processes

  • Specialized and Experienced team of personnel, dealing with all type of upstream, downstream, petrochemical, industrial, power and water sectors.
  • Exclusive representation of manufacturers of repute and sound financial standing for more than two decades.
  • Primarily, focus on Supply & Services to K-Companies, semi-govt.-private sectors, local & International EPC Contractors, with approved products for their ongoing projects primarily from our principle manufacturers and business associates, not limited to custom-made / out of box requirements.
  • Identify regional and international EPC contractors and negotiate sponsorship agreements for specific projects covering LSTK Projects including environmental, electro-mechanical projects in general & solar projects. Identify and pursue productive joint venture agreements and conduct market research on the feasibility of fast moving approved products for direct supplies to the end-users and local/international EPC contractors for their ongoing projects.

Code of Conduct


We are committed to conducting our business with integrity and we have in place a code of conduct which applies to everyone who works for us or on our behalf. Therefore the Code of Conduct prohibits all forms of workplace harassment, discrimination or mobbing, and outlines a process to report all such incidents.
